Chat with assistants

Someone has put their knowledge into an assistant for you. Ask in your own words, take things at your own pace, and come back when you have another question.

  1. It starts with an invitation

    A friend, colleague or business has made an assistant and shared it with you. Your email invitation gives you access. If you are expecting one, check with the person who sent it.

  2. Open your invite or pick up a previous chat

    Follow the invitation link using the email address it was sent to. Already accepted? Sign in to find your assistants and previous conversations.

  3. Ask to escalate it to the owner if the assistant can't help

    If an answer is unclear, off track or it's just failing to help, you can escalate to the assistant's creator any time. They will receive your question with the recent conversation and can reply there when they are available.
