About
You know the details, you know tech can provide answers. Combine the two and you can deputise.
Are you the one who know how it works? You're the colleague with the answers, the friend who set it up, the daughter who knows which remote to use. With Deputise you can configure assistants to handle the easy questions, and just get looped in for the tricky ones..
Context is key
A search can find details of a router, but you can explain which box is in the hallway, what the usual issues are and how much detail the person needs. An assistant can bring that context into a conversation. You give it the knowledge, communication style and tone, so they can get straight to solving the issue of the day.
The assitant supports where it can, it's back to you when it can't
You're deputising, not handing over control. When the assistant can't sort it, then you get looped in to help. You can see the conversation, answer the question and update the assistant so it can handle it next time.
How a handover works →Safety is first. Our technology makes sure the assistant stays within its guardrails, and loops you in when its not able to help.
You give the assistent its knowledge and scope, and we put multiple controls to keep it within your instructions. Any time the system detects a risk that the conversation is off track or beyond the assistant's capabilities, it will loop you. You're then able to intervene in whatever way you see fit, including updating the assistant's knowledge for next time.
Get in touch →Ready to try it?
Who do you know that struggles with some particular products, processes or software? Try building an assistant for whatever you get want to help someone with. The examples show what that can look like for devices, teams and colleagues.
