Something not right with assistants you're trying to access? Can't get set up?
Your first port of call for support should be the person who shared the assistant with you, as they will have the best context on how it should work. If that's not possible or they can't help, we're here to help. If your issue is technical, such as errors installing or loading the app, then please get in touch.

If you see anything you consider a safety issue, such as harmful or illegal content being generated, please report it to us with as much detail as possible. We take these reports very seriously and will investigate them promptly.
