Deputise Ltd uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver and support the Service. Each sub-processor has been assessed for appropriate technical and organisational security measures and is bound by data processing agreements that comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
We will update this page when sub-processors are added, removed, or materially changed. If you have subscribed to notifications, we will inform you of changes in advance.

International Transfers
Where sub-processors are located outside the UK or EEA, transfers of personal data are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or adequacy decisions where applicable.

Changes to Sub-Processors
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before engaging a new sub-processor that processes personal data. If you object to a new sub-processor, please contact us at privacy@deputise.ai within that notice period.
