Managing your account settings and subscription
Managing Your Account
Your account area is where you manage your profile, subscription, credits, and track how your assistants are being used. You can access it from the account menu at any time.
Your Profile
The profile page shows your email address and lets you update your display name. Your email address can't be changed — it's tied to how you sign in. If you need to change it, then you can contact us for help.
Subscription
Your subscription determines how many assistants you can create, how many credits you get each month, and what features are available to you. There are four tiers:
- Free — A good starting point with enough assistants and credits to give it a try
- Basic — More assistants and credits for light use
- Standard — A solid option for regular use with more capacity
- Pro — The most assistants, credits, and priority support
Upgrading
You can upgrade your subscription at any time. When you upgrade:
- Your new tier takes effect immediately
- Your monthly credits are reset to the new tier's allowance
- Your renewal date resets to today
Downgrading
If you want to move to a lower tier, you can schedule a downgrade. You'll keep your current tier and its benefits until your renewal date, and the lower tier takes effect after that.
If you change your mind, you can cancel a pending downgrade at any time to keep your current plan.
When a downgrade takes effect, if you have more active assistants than the new tier allows, the least recently used ones will be disabled automatically. You can re-enable them later if you upgrade again.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until your current period ends. If you change your mind before then, you can restore your subscription.
Credits
Credits are used each time one of your assistants sends a response. Standard assistants use 1 credit per response, and Premium assistants use 2 credits.
Your credits reset each month on your subscription anniversary date. The number of credits you receive depends on your tier.
Checking Your Balance
Your current credit balance is shown on the Credits page. If your balance drops below 10, you'll see a warning banner reminding you to top up.
What Happens When Credits Run Out
- If your balance reaches zero, you enter a short grace period where existing conversations can still continue
- Once your balance drops below -10, all assistant usage is blocked until you top up or your monthly reset occurs
- New conversations can't be started when your balance is at zero or below
Topping Up
You can purchase additional credits at any time from the Credits page. Choose from preset amounts. The credits are added to your balance as soon as you've confirmed payment.
Extra purchases will always remain on top of your subscription balances.
Spend & Transactions
The Spend page gives you a full history of your credit transactions, including:
- Credits added — purchased or received through your monthly reset
- Credits used — consumed by conversations with your assistants
- Adjustments — any adjustments or corrections to your balance
Each transaction shows the date, who used the credit, which assistant was involved, and the amount. There's also a chart showing your spending over time so you can spot trends.
Usage Statistics
The Usage page shows you two sets of statistics:
As a Creator
If you have an active subscription, you'll see stats about your assistants:
- How many assistants you've created and published
- How many active users are chatting with your assistants
- Total conversations, messages received, and responses sent
As a User
You'll always see your own activity:
- Conversations you've started with assistants
- Messages you've sent
- Open invitations you've sent to others
